@jacktheripperrules not really but if you believe that didnt he beat cell and buu cuz he attacked cell that distracted him from gohan and buu because it was his plan to use the spirit bomb. So would that mean that vegeta did beat many villains.

@sk8Vegito technically he beat broly, without him goku and the rest of them wouldve been slaughtered like dogs, but he gave goku his power and he delivered the killing blow (at least until the next broly movie)

@sk8Vegito What do you mean underrated? He has just as many fans Goku has.
As for him not being able to defeat one main villain, that's something Toriyama just didn't want. Despite him having many fans in and out of Japan, Vegeta is Toryiama's least favorite of his characters. His favorite is Piccolo. And if you look at how he treated Piccolo in the Buu saga, you can tell that he at least loves his fans enough to give Vegeta the bigger spotlight than Piccolo.
