I cant seem to run it.
When I try to build it says Could not find make command: mingw32-make.exe in the build environment

at 3:30, it should say 'createpackage -i TextList_template.pkg debug-gcce' as the new syntax. Besides the text background could be red so that your eye could catch it more easily.

Maybe, You are not in the "Qt C++" perspective. You can switch to it with the tab on the upper right in Carbide.
If that does not help, You can go to "Window->Show View->Other..." and select Qt->"Qt C++ Widget Box".
