This was the Voyagers movie that was released on VHS after Jon-Erik Hexum's death in 1984. It is basically a mashup of the Pilot episode and the much later 'Voyagers of the Titanic' spliced into a 'feature length' film. It has totally 80's 'space' inserts and at some points they redubbed Meeno's and Jon's lines.
This is something only the true Voyagers fan would want to own. It looks like they used footage that was left over from the original series, footage they decided against using the first time around. For real sharp fans, you can tell that lines were redubbed, or they used old takes vs. the ones that made it to the actual epsiode in 82. You can even hear Bogg and Jeffrey spouting voice over lines that were never in the original.
It's been a long time since I saw the opening and it's actually kind of neat, and includes drawings of 'Planet Voyager.' Too bad some of these effects couldn't have been used in 1982 when the show first aired. However, the latter space segments can get very tiresome and disruptive, mostly just a time filler.
The Movie Is Coming out soon

@Alex03000351 I'm Sorry, I thought you were somebody else, that's why I made that comment about the movie 'trailer'. What movie are you referring to? A Voyagers movie?

Didnt he shoot himself in the head by accident?

@EBOWARRIOR Yes, that was on the set of his other show Cover Up in 1984, with prop gun blanks.

So Phineas had to "graduate", but since he lost the book he pretty much became a mimbo! I think this series might be cool if they did a reboot. Especially if they kept the simple vanishing concept. Just "woosh"!

@lonstar70 Poor Phineas, lol, he was somewhat of a mimbo, but if you watch the real series he had much more depth of character than that. I would love to see a reboot. I have some picks for a new Bogg, but I really can't see anyone other than Jon-Erik playing the role. It was pretty much tailored for him after he impressed the casting agents. They originally wanted an older man, like a grizzled pirate type, but then they re-wrote the character.
