New YouTube Feature! Edit video and still keep the URL

The new YouTube video editor is very powerful - we can now edit videos - add effects etc and still have the URL of that same video! I have screenshots and a little walk through in this video.

I wanted them to make this back when i first started! I always had to change stuff lol. And do you know why it says that hey partner thing? Do we have to click anything to do the beta testing?

@ChaoticMatters the "hey partner" thing is just to let partners make sure they use their current email for youtube so they don't miss partner program stuff and the like. we don't have to click anything to do beta testing.
