[CS:S] MW2 Intervention with HBS and Silencer

A MW2 Intervention I hacked recently. It uses Se7en's Heartbeat sensor texture and Killburn786's amazing ported Intervention Textures. It contains Zeej's MW2 anims, and some new self made draw anims if you want them.
