She's great. I tend to only agree in part with Simon's comment about not having to conform to the music industry's image like Madonna or Britney etc. That's true until you're discovered, after that you conform, an image to suit your audience. She had to have a facial and wardrobe make over, no way would her career be launched as the 'hick from the village'(which she isn't) Susan is an Opera image.
