my FAV era for elvis if i had to choose probably would be '54 - '59 but i also loved his music & voice '59-'72 & even many from '73-77 even though his health started declining in '73 which happened to be the year his divorce took place hmmm

I've never heard any singer who can move me like he can. Basically, he makes a beautiful sound and his voice is an incredible instrument. He has the inate ability to bend his voice to suit virtually any type of music. Such an underrated vocalist because he was beatiful and succesful. If he'd been ugly and obscure, he would be revered today as the greatest singer ever... He is the greatest popular singer of the 20th Century.

One of my favourites, but overlooked by many. It's a brilliant song sung superbly by Elvis. By 1970, his voice just sounded perfect. Thanks of the clip - the pictures are great!
