Though I don't think I have ''ENEMIES'' but if there is anyone out there who dislike me or hate me for whatever reason, just know that I LOVE you even more as each day goes by :-) and my answer will always be LOVE.
Love Lives Forever.

Wake up people, King's real name was Michael King. He plagiarized more than half his work while at Boston University while working on his dissertation for his doctoral degree. King was under FBI surveillance for several years (until he died) due to his ties with communist organizations throughout the country. He was addicted to white prostitutes, occasionally beating them brutally, and used church money to fund his addiction. This phony, cheating, traitor should NOT get his own day.

@RealSkyDiver2 I live on James Earl Ray Blvd.

Since MLK was a southern Baptist, isn't having a holiday for him a violation of the separation of church and state?
-
shouldn't this be called James Earl Ray day since his a national hero?
-

Well as I understand it faith, hope and love. In FAITH, that I will be forgiven my trespasses as I forgive those who trespass against me. In HOPE, that my lord is my sheppard he will guide and comfort me! And finally in LOVE because the greatest of these is LOVE! We need to Love our enemies as much as we love ourselves! It is easy to love those you like. Really how hard is that? But its hard to love those you don't like! I try to remember this "I love you. I would rather die than hate you."

Awesome dude, totally Awesome.
I usualy talk to my enemies and pretend not to know that they don't like me (there aren't many people who don't like me) but when I come across someone who doesen't I just ask them "straight out" If they have a problem with me (very nicely) and their shocked at first, and then a "line of communication" is opened and we talk. Usually it's a misunderstanding, or something else, but it's all worth it so I can sleep at night with a clear conscience.

I keep my enemies close, I talk to them, I have forgiven them for whatever they have done to me and I keep them on a friendly basis. That does not mean that I have not forgot why I made them my enemy, nor does that mean that they are my true friend. I watch them, look at their overall appearance and just listen to their "bad day" stories and smile on the inside, knowing that my belief in karma is true.

What wasn't said is life is a reflection, what we see
is the hate, jealousy, anger in our own irresponsible life.

You a simple pacifist that unwittingly preaches from the safety of your podium which has been given to you and defended by those with the courage to stand and fight our enemies. Don't try to ride MLK's coat tails. He was talking about a very different enemy. Would you try to love a charging lion that does not know better?
Sorry, you aren't thinking this through. There are many instances where Jesus stood and defended the less strong.

I deal with my enemies by trying to end the conversation through words leading the conversation to just stop and my enemy not even knowing what just happened. Thank you for making this video. Long live martins words of wisdom. :)

When I find myself in times of trouble, Mother Mary comes to me...speaking words of wisdom...let it be.
You remind me of me. We are very alike. Your video is similar to what I siad infront of 400 teenage children such as myself. I know I'm only 14 but anyone can make change. Even the ones who can't change can still change. It's never too late. :) they all were inspired by my words just like I am inspired by your video and martins words of wisdom. Keep doin what your doin. Spread those wise words!! :)

This is profound, thank you for posting, the ancestrial is proud of you.
I used to handle my enemies poorly but I felt a certain shift in my heart a few weeks ago, and it has stuck pretty good.
The love but not like thing, yes so extremely true.
Why should there ever be a reason to dislike people??? But more importantly why are there so many people intent on using dislike as their main psychological feature... and more honorably to note, why do we mimic this in an attempt to negate it??
