NB: I allowed the author of the economics blog to embed this on his site because he was nice enough to ask.
I do not normally allow embedding. I only post videos for the fans to enjoy the music of the artists.
Whether I want them rated or not is up to nobody but me. If you don't like it, well that's too bad.
If you have some issues with Paul Krugman, love him, hate him, are republican or democrat... well I really couldn't care less frankly. so direct your comments elsewhere to someone who can be bothered to read and care because I will just delete them.
I do not appreciate being referred to as a "motherfucker" by some asshole who is way too defensive about a song that is clearly meant to be funny.
anyone with 2 braincells to rub together can see this.
if you are a LWIII fan, sorry about the drama. feel free to comment...
also, comments about Loudon's children, whether positive or negative really have no place here either.
An eccentric genius comments hilariously on another genius.

@GibbonJabber- PK was sitting on the train with a laptop in front of him, you couldn't see much of his body structure.

If LWIII had actually met Krugman on a train I think he would have mentioned that Paul is short and stout (like a teapot) but has purty eyes.
- a PK and LWIII fan.

Lordy, this is a good damn song, it's one of the best of the economic humor songs. And what a performance, exquisite.

I love LW3, it is a shame that he has never had quite the recognition that his talent deserves. He should have just as much acclaim as his children. Perhaps it's difficult to get people to take you seriously as an artist if you can't stop your sense of humour from intruding into most of your work.
I like this song. As someone equally addicted to the great sage's blog and columns, I recognise LW3's ambivalent attitude to PK's Cassandra like musings.

As long as the Republicans (and so-called "Centrist Democrats") don't use this as their anthem to continue fiddling while Rome burns, it's a *decent* song. Especially the "Paul's got that hangdog look about him" line.
