Apple iMac 21,5 Broken Screen Unboxing

I just received my new iMac 21,5 inch, and this is the unboxing... That goes wrong in the end, when I figure out that the screen was broken in the box...

I called Apple, and they'll replace it right away for free - they have the best support service.

That was a fedex and ups problem they dont know how to handle delicate packages a lot of people got this problem so ups and Fedex had to pay for replacements
