Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen introduced General Stéphane Abrial and General James Mattis at the Atlantic Council's 2010 annual Awards Dinner. Both Generals were both honored with the Distinguished Military Leadership Award.
On April 28, the Atlantic Council's annual Awards Dinner honored Bill Clinton, 42nd President of the United States, for his distinguished international leadership that led to the Dayton Accords, peace negotiations in Northern Ireland, NATO enlargement and NAFTA, among other accomplishments during his presidency.
