I've attended this training with Master Hong and am amazed at the results. The practice is easy to do, has a beautiful flow, and, most importantly, really seems to be reversing the sence of 'aging'. What a beautiful gift!

I have studied with him and he is what he claims, a Qi Master. He has healed me in less than 30 secs a knee injury I had for over 3 years that I could not land on the leg with that knee without pain or having the knee give out from under me. As a martial artist, that is a devastating problem. After the single power of Qi Gong from Master Hong, I never not had any problems since that moment. Did I know I would be healed before that moment? No. He worked for me.

There is no science about qi gong what so ever its a natural energy in each of us we all have chi its just getting it to flow around the body.

3:15 ...lives on water only? Hmmm.... There is a Taoist practice which involves drinking urine. Maybe she's recirculating her vitamins? As I understand it, there is no physiological way in which humans can live solely on water for 20 years. There is some *other* factor here. This is either a lie or something is being conveniently left out.
