Severe storm in southern Ontario

We had a tornado warning with severe thunderstorm warnings in the evening.
The sky was black even though it was only around 8 pm. Should still have been light outside. Torrential rains came with a light show that was spectacular. It looked like outside had strobe lights on.

holy shit i remember it was sooooooo bad.... i was in Oakville at the time and the electricity was knocked out 3 times and the lightning was more frequent.... it was terrible!

@iloveyoussef I thought for sure our electricity would be blown. I was hoping not because it was soooo dark out and I don't know if I could have found my way around to get the candles lol.

We had a bad storm come through yesterday too but only lasted for about half an hour. We got a little bit of much needed rain since we hadn't had any all summer! It got really windy though and you would have thought we had a tornado, but no.. Good to hear your voice Bea!

Ya we needed rain too...what a dry hot summer we had. Corn is not high this year and everything came up late.
