yah i have alot of regrets, but with its nearly impossible to just finish it seeing as how i dont have the clips or the project save file and all the preview files anymore. it can get pretty complicated when you use a good editing program.

The full japanese name is "Hajime No Ippo" and yes it is now available in the U.S.A. on dvd with full dub, and it is called fighting spirit as sojirokaidoh2 mentioned.
