  • Thank you so much for posting this!

I think Kev has an awesome vocal interpretation of this song; its a very interesting song to sing and he did it amazingly well. I actually like it in this key a lot more, for some reason.

It'll take some getting used to for a lot of BNL fans, but rest assured, this band STILL kicks ass!

  • Ed reminded the crowd that this is a song Kevin wrote as well. Wish my audio came out better. I had to process it to death so you could hear anything on this one.

  • Just because something is different doesn't mean it's bad. And I don't think Kevin meant the dedication as a jab to Steven---I think he truly misses him (as we all do :( Good job Kevin!

  • @inmylife10465 SHAME!

  • @inmylife10465 Ed is currently singing "What A Good Boy" in concert and does a really good job of it!

  • Go Kevin!! I like the newer version of this song too. The acoustic, sort of 'Doo Wop' one, if you don't know what I'm talking about.

  • can someone shut kirmet the frog up?

i can't stand his voice! god i pray he doesnt sing "what agood boy"

  • Was dedicating this song to Steve a jab at him? It kind of seemed in bad taste...

I'm definitely not the biggest fan of Kevin's voice. I love this song, though.

  • Ably done. Kevin's voice isn't the Dolenz-like powerhouse that is Steve. However, it is quite good, and uniquely pleasant, comforting, etc. Thanks for posting this.

  • yes we like kevin on lead. now carry on your way finding a new band, goodbye.

  • I was getting at the fact that this is not Kev's first time out on it, plus it was more emotional. I am partial to Steve's voice, but I just had to make sure that it was understood that it is not Kev's first time performing this song, in fact there's a video of him marked at an earlier date performing.

  • the fact that he wrote it doesn't necessarily mean he performs it the best. however, i don't mind this version, and i really appreciated the dedication at the beginning. it was sweet.
