Yes, we were sick next--both of us! My fever showed up the next day, and I was miserable for about 2-3 days. Our son, meanwhile, broke his fever that night and was fine. (Of course--rambunctious, healthy toddler with two fatigued, sick parents!) He was sick only one more time that year, then went a full year without running a fever. Weird how it goes!
