  • They once asked me this when I was applying for a low-tier worker job.

    Basically they want you to describe the work tasks you are ready to do in the company. I think it is better to over-exaggerate and list a step-by-step what you interested to do. I do not think it matters how well you word yourself, but how many distinct, valid interests you can name in a sensible way.

    It's a variant of the "got any more questions" where you should list at least three (3) things to appear interested.
