Coach Garcia during exercises performed with football players team Chirag United Sports Club Kolkata - India.
For three times a week at the gym before the normal training.
Its intended to prevent muscle and joint injuries beyond the probable Sprains knees.
With complete rupture of ligaments ( ACL ).
