Liberia referendum 2011 - Voter expresses views on referendum

In an interview with Mrs. Wahley Chible, when asked if she will vote and why, her reply was, it is her right to vote and whether it's yes or no it is her right. She went on to say that the 5 years is good because one cannot be out of the country for 10years and then come back wanting to hold top positions instead the person should stay with them, feel whatever the citizens are going through so that the person knows what is ahead of that person.
Later when asked what she thought about the years for the judges and the month of elections, she said, 75years is best for the Judges because she believes since they are old in the business, they would know how to settle cases that has been in the back for a long time. The month of the elections being November is ok because it's a dry season.
She went on to say that she would not vote all yes for the referendum because she has a problem with the last part which deals with the residence.
