테즈카야마지구는 오사카시 남부에 있는 유명한 고급 주택가이며, 역의 주변에는 대저택이 늘어서 있다.

帝塚山駅を通過する南海電車高野線6100系区間急行電車と、到着する1000系各駅停車。
帝塚山地区は大阪市南部の有名な高級住宅街で、駅周辺には豪邸が立ち並ぶ。
