Is it true that you need to change workouts every months to avoid the body to get used to it ?! Please reply

@julthebaber I am not an expert on that, but from the experience i have learned changing a workout routine every 2 months is good. I allow myself to increasingly become stronger on a regiment for two months, then change it, not drastically, it could be as simple as going from 4 sets of 10 to 5 sets of 5! I hope that helped!
