Lyrics:
Baby, I'm yours
(baby, I'm yours)
And I'll be yours (yours)
until the stars fall from the sky.
Yours (yours) until the rivers all run dry
In other words, until I die.
Baby, I'm yours
(baby, I'm yours)
And I'll be yours (yours)
until the sun no longer shines,
Yours (yours) until the poets run out of rhyme.
In other words, until the end of time.
I'm gonna stay right here by your side.
Do my best to keep you satisfied
Nothing in the world could drive me away.
Everyday, you'll hear me say
"Baby, I'm yours"
(baby, I'm yours)
And I'll be yours (yours)
until two and two is three.
Yours (yours) until the mountains crumble to the sea
In other words, until eternity.
Baby, I'm yours
'Til the stars fall from the sky.
Baby, I'm yours
'Til the rivers all run dry.
Baby, I'm yours
'Til the poets run out of rhyme.

  • My boy friend decadered this song to me I love it!!!!!!!

  • Y asi...

  • Just to clear things up: Van McCoy wrote this in 1965, first recorded by Barbara Lewis.

This wonderful version is sung by Alex Turner and Oisin Leech (Lead singer in 747's), not Paul McCartney. :)

  • Who sings with Alex ? He sounds like Paul McCartney

  • Is it just me or does it sound from 0:45 and ESPECIALLY at 1:01 like Paul McCartney is singing?!

  • Good cover.

  • @elmothesex Really? How about Twist and Shout, or You've Really Got a Hold on Me, or Money, or Mr. Moonlight? The list goes on. They did a lot of covers, especially in the early years.

  • @slash216 nah. the beatles never did covers.

  • Good job boys! Really, its frikin Awesome :)
