This is the song Anata no Oto sung by Ranka Lee (Megumi Nakajima) from the series Macross Frontier. This is just a preview of what I'm working on and nothing's final yet.

I've rewritten the lyrics so that it can be better sung in English. The lyrics were based off the translated lyrics found from animelyrics.com (anime-macross frontier).

(Where's the Dokundokundokun part?)

The best way I could think of converting that part to English was to use phrases that depicted or hinted at excitement, which is what "Dokun" represents. You can actually replace all those lines with Dokundokundokun (or some equivalent) and it will not affect the outcome of the song's lyrics.

You'll notice that some lines have simple karaoke going for it. I'll add these to lines which I feel may be hard to sing as a rough guide so people can get the hang of it better. You can always sing it in your own way, of course.

I don't own the image, character, songs. I just contributed the reworded lyrics.

Thanks! I'm glad you like it so far. I'm going to work on it more this week and hopefully add some video clips during the instrumentals to round it off. I'll try to have the final version up this weekend so I can work on a new song. ^_^
