材料(2人分)

冷凍ご飯 200グラム
たまご 3~4個(といでおく)
長ねぎ(みじん切り) 適量
万能ねぎ(みじん切り) 適量
長澤家の万能つゆ  少々(もしくは醤油 少々)
サラダ油 適量
塩 適量

チャーハンを作る時ご飯とあらかじめたまごを混ぜておく方法や、卵とご飯をほぼ同時に炒める作り方がありますが、長澤家長男は先に卵をやや柔らかめに作っておいて、ご飯を­炒めて戻す方法が一番たまごの食感がよくて香ばしく仕上がると思います。あとは慣れなので何回か挑戦してみて下さい。

  • @alquiora ... obviously no one is getting what i say lol by "dry" i mean it sounds like it wasnt cooked lol 'cause the sound it makes, its when he trows the rice in.. not in the end xd and yeah.. when you fry anything, you are taking out the water of it xD i've made this dish quite a few times with left over rice..

  • @nadkun You have to fry the rice until it looks a bit dry. Usually you can tell if you see some of the rice to pop up by the heat and it doesn't take long (do not overcook it). However, soggy fried rice is also disgusting.

  • @kiahrogers I asked because when he trows the rice in it sounds... "dry".. like it wasnt cooked lol :) ty anyway

  • @nadkun Yes. Rice is normally cooked a day early and thrown in the refrigerator until it's time to fry...

  • More than half of the dish was eggs! Weird recipe to say the least...So many views though.
