Okay get over it. The song for this vid is goth. Many newer bands have adopted the goth sound or look. It evolved just as rock music did from it's earliest forms. Either way goth, and metal use dark imagery and lyrics.
Now how is this grunge? Did some of you live through the nineties? Not grunge ppl. Grunge never used corpse paint or even remotely sounded like the old goth sound.
Research ppl. Dig deep. Ask someone who has been there.
Would you ask a rapper about the sixties?

@66Devlin6 Gothicmetal is the worst thing that has happend to the gothic style. And Black Metal is a cool music when is not related to Gothic music. And people who listen gothic metal are goth wanabe.

@666deathghost This sounds like gothicrock but with less bassguitar than what they usually use, less punkrock than what gothicrock is, but still sounds very gothickrock.
