how come the orange line cant have these trains

The one thing I didn't like about the red and blue line trains [from my 2007 vacation in Boston] was the "bowling alley" seats facing the aisle.

The blue line also got these trains to begin introducing 6Car Trains on the line. All platforms that needed to me lengthened have been! The 6Car program is working out quite well with the Siemans'!
