  • OK, sorry, another question: Are you still on disability? I have MS and am thinking that's where I'm headed, but getting info is difficult. If that's too personal a question, just tell me and no worries. :)

  • @twidwell I am sorry you have MS. I hope you don't have to go on disability, but if you do, perhaps you can find some way to work for yourself to make ends meet, as I do.

  • Hi Alexis! The hair cut looks good on you and you do not look like a boy!

  • @starlamotivates Thanks, Starla! I hope you and your loved ones are happy and healthy. :)

  • @twidwell watch?v=KLjgBLwH3Wc This lady practically reversed her MS with her diet. She gives portions and such during her speech. It's pretty amazing :)

  • Sorry, did you say you eat 'sheeps cheese' which means your not vegan anymore? But you still use flax seeds instead of eggs for stickiness? So you ain't vegan no more? :-)

  • Hey! Good to see new vids from you! Your hair is really cute!

This was really inspirational, I really enjoy your journey and have learned a lot from you.

  • LOVE the sporty look! You definitely have a great outlook on raw and life. You dietary regimen is pretty darn great I think. And thank you for making me hungry.

  • Thank you for the update. I have watched a large percentage of your "old" videos and I find you so relatable, real, and INSPIRING! I hope that you continue to feel good. You look amazing! Your haircut shows off your gorgeous face. Be blessed always and thank you for allowing the proverbial "us" to peek into your world for motivation and guidance.

  • @Sourpusscandy one more thing.... dehydrator madness! make kale chips, yum!

  • So nice to see your update! all raw is great for detoxing, healing, getting back to health, I for one haven't been able to stay on it full-time for more than 100 days. I did raw/high raw for 4 years. I didn't feel all that great all raw. I feel best lacto/ovo vegetarian, high raw. yeah, green smoothies will never go out of style. :)

  • After 6 months raw, I can't imagine going back to cooked food. No more cravings. About 10 lbs less fat without any exercise. I feel better, have more energy.

Breakfast: one of (cantaloupe, watermelon, pineapple, or bananas)

lunch: one of the above that I didn't have for breakfast

supper: huge mixed green leaf salad with tomatoes, bean sprouts, bell pepper, cucumber, etc)

snacks: dates, bananas, oranges, apples, grapes, seed/nut bar, gojis, green smoothie.
