  • PLEASE STOP YOUR THOUSAND "ERS" AND "UMS" AND STOP SOUNDING LIKE YOU ARE EATING A SANDWHICH ALL THE WAY THROUGH TO THE END OF EVERY GAME YOU COMMENT ON.

  • when I started to learn openings, I used to play the Winawer French and that qg4 move was played vs me. I used to fret as I did not know really that black gets central compensation. There was an advert for a Fidelity chess computer in 1987 that had Short vs Kortschnoi 1987 game in there, and the computer has this basic end game skeleton in there from that opening. The computer works out K.'s petite combination to win the game and queen the c pawn.

  • 10:19 Tal thought this was winning. lol

He probably was embarassed after Qxb6+

  • but its indeed strange that someone can tall make such a mistake... great video anyway thanks for the doc but still i cant believe it verry weak player dont make such mistakes how could tal make such a mistake??

  • I like this video more everytime I watch it - but tell me, is it your analysis, Korchnoi's, or theory's assesment that Black should play dxc3 when he does?

  • Wow! Even Tal can miss a seemingly simple move. Makes me feel good about my own playing... sort of.

  • nice

  • i think you talk way too fast sometimes

  • the old man showing his rock-defence couterattack style... nice game

  • Very Nice Game!
