@XxMiYachanEvansxX the song is called shichigatsu nanoka, which basically means "the seventh day of the seventh month" or simply "july the 7th". this song is linked to a marvellous japanese traditional celebration called tanabata. if you search for the full name of the song on youtube you'll find the album version for the song, the lyris in english, and the link that explains to you the origin of tanabata, which is really very romantic!!! <3 things like these make Isshi live forever! :)
