Under the Legs (basics)

In this video I introduce you to some basic under the legs moves. These moves will add variation and freedom to your poi twirling, and will help you stand out from the average twirler, as I rarely see under the legs moves utilised. These moves will take practice, if you're having difficulty, practice one poi at a time under the leg to help you get a feel for it before introducing the second.

He means that it's important to remember that you need to bring the leg the poi is going under to behind the leg that you're standing on in order for the move to work. If you enter the poi from behind though, you need to bring your poi in front of the leg you're standing on.
