Macs are cool if you want to do business shit, I use mine for gaming and school, Otherwise macs are pretty useless for me, Over expansive computers. Mine works perfectly, Human error is to blame in most cases.
Poor girl, she isn't a computer tech, she may not be computer literate, but it isn't her responsibility to fix technical, warranty problems, or otherwise. If the person on the phone can't understand that you don't know anything about computers then they should offer to send someone out to fix it. They can't expect everyone to be tech savvy. That is why we buy the warranties!

It doesn't matter how good or bad a computer is, if the first time you do have a problem, big or small, comes and you can't get one person to tell you one story and fix that one problem. It's called passing the buck. If you fight long enough they will eventually do the right thing but you can't give in and it takes hours, days, weeks, then months but maybe if you're one of the lucky few they will fix it.
@gundambob646 my freind has the D810 and it kicks ass don't know what the issue is for these computers there very good if you ask me.
