That's the same thing my parents said, "You will get better, it's all in your head." I think my anxiety is going away a bit :) I am sorta relieved, and I am holding myself back from sports.. Hopefully we all get better :)

Wow I use to have this fear for about 10 years.. panic attacks, not being able to sleep or eat properly because of the fear of vomiting. And one day it went away but because I got sick from drinking too much and I realized it wasn't that bad. My beat advice is to divert your thoughts from it because the more you freak out the worse it gets and spirals out of control. I hope you get better I'm only 22 and you look young so I beleive you have a lot of time to conquer you anxiety because I 100% did

I've had Emet since i was 7-8 yrs old and was diagnosed only recently (now 28!). Have spent past few months in CBT with my pschyotherapist but it has only made it seem more real and my attacks are much more frequent. But im trying to stay positive and trying hard to change my thinking patterns. I think its so noble of you to post the vids and hope you mange to conquer the phobia soon :)
