Auto Rotoscoping with Studio Artist 4.0

An experiment trying different auto rotoscoping presets in Studio Artist, using the same source videos. Some of them are re-renders from After Effects animations. SA paints each frame from scratch automatically. Super easy to do you don't need to be able to paint or draw or even trace. Pretty amazing really.

Hi,

Sorry I didn't get this message until now. To answer your question I used a bunch of different presets and I don't remember off hand. These are all from 4.04 which has the new presets so you may want to get in touch with Synthetik if you don't have these presets. I think they came out in September. I can try and dig up the PAseq I used and pass them on to you if you want.

I think people that are artistically aware and creative can really rinse this program and push it to its full capability (which I'm aware of), as you can make custom presets, that are determined by you and then use them, to add more of a personal touch, it's like photoshop you can press one or two buttons and some fluky things happen but someone with Visual and artistic talent/ awareness could take over the world with this.
