This is the Onside Kick at the OU-Oregon football game on September 17,2006. As you watch, remember that there was no 10-yard violation called and since that happened it goes to who came up with the ball, which was awarded to Oregon. The play was reviewed for an extensive amount of time and listen as announcer Dan Fouts talks about how there is "no question" that it is Oklahoma's Football. (which is correct)

not a good angle, the camera is behind the line that the ball had to cross, and it was certainly close. They should have called it right, the ball was high in the air and came down with number 4 trying to retrieve it, but did not because of the Oregon player. After several looks, the play certainly did look as if it was short of the ten yard rule. Bad reffin.
the angle doesn't really matter. Notice that the closest Oklahoma player steps on the 45 yard line and jumps toward the ball and the Oregon player is still the first one to get to it. Looks like no matter how you look at this the refs blew it
I read on the internet that the replay official clearly saw it was OU ball but for some stupid rule about "Inconclusive" evidence or something kept him from ruling that.
its a good call cuz oregon won. period, shame dixon got hurt later in the season he woulda/shouldve won the heisman and a national title ring. im not a fan of either of these teams, ur right not a good call but who gives a fuck but the ou fans, the refs got suspended blah blah blah yak yak yak, just like the ref whats his ass that blew the chargers game against the broncos. ou got dominated by WVU anyway haha,
