To set-up a good and effective bodybuilders workout schedule you need to know few general things about bodybuilding. First of all you've got to understand that without a specific and measurable goal you won't achieve a lot in the gym... You need to know exactly what do you want to achieve out of your training sessions. You also need to realize that there are no shortcuts in bodybuilding. Forget about secret diets, secret exercises and other crap that is available on the internet.
Focus on the basic things and move one step at a time.

  • @MikAacC002 good schedule

  • @FashionBboy101 yes a full body workout will work for beginners and will help alot if you're body is not used to lifting weights, but over the course of time it will become less and less effective. For intermediate to advanced lifters a workout split is much more effective. Also, if you just stated lifting weights you shouldn't use 45 lb dumbells for bicep curls lol. I've been lifting seriously for over 3 years and I use no more than 35 lb.

  • @Mewmewkitty666 ive been doing full body workouts to for 2 months now and my nearly all my weights have doubled. For example: when i started i used 20 pound dumbells for bicep curls. now i take 45 pound dumbells. I must say that there is a downside to it, as you get to the last muscle groups you can't use that much weight anymore because your other muscles are already tired so i'll change to split body soon to. Just saying it does give you results.

  • I used to do full body workout aswell, i was in the gym two hours a day working on biceps, triceps, forearms, legs, cardio, back, chest, shoulders.. all on same day, pointless to say the result was shit

  • thank you so much!

  • This is sooo helpful , thanks a lot man !! keep it up :)

  • Yo dude- I've been a gym rat for over 10 years and I count myself as someone who knows a bit about lifting and body building- this is spot on. This is basically in a nut shell everything I tell everybody who comes to me for advice. Keep up the good work.
