Kid Ory 1 - Interview

The Next series of clips are especially for my good friend Santopec who is a real Kid Ory adept and of course all of the other Kid Ory fans.

I'm gonna start with an interview from Kid Ory with Simon Copens.
The interview took place in Paris at Oct. 4th 1959.

It's good to hear Mister Ory talking about when he was a Kid! Unfortunenately Simon Copens asks real stupid questions. I wish I ever had the chance to interview Mister Ory!

My great-uncle was the sheriff of West Jefferson Parish (NOLA), back in the 1920s. He knew Kid Ory and those other guys well.

Met Kid out in SoCal in the 1960s when I was @10yrs-old.

Well you could ask me ,I'm not my dad ,but,I'm only one of a hanfull that Knew him,i lived with my dad for almost 19 years ,and he loved to tell my stories
