I like what he has to say about college. The tuition at Arizona State is absurd. The president of the university continues to keep rates high even though once of the campuses is in danger of sold.

On the other hand, if we had a population so enlightened as to be libertarian, they also would realize the necessity of being personally responsible, not assuming the government was going to magically solve the problems. Since government is nothing but organized force, it cannot bring positive solutions.

I consider myself a libertarian but I'm glad to know he's not a libertarian "purist" on the pollution issue. It would be awfully difficult, if not impossible, for the court system to be the guardian of the environment.
