Also when uploading your weekly videos ALWAYS attach it as a VIDEO RESPONSE to the text videos I will upload weekly..Saying for example "In It 2 Win It weight in week#1 please post video response!" **This will make it easy for everyone to see who all are members and easier to watch others!

Here is my update for Week 3:
Starting Jan 12: 266.8
Ending Jan 19: 266.8
Loss: -0.0 lbs.
Goal: -3.0 lbs.
Total loss since Dec 6: -16.4
I'll be back to update on Jan 26.

In It To Win It Week #3
Starting weight week 1= 207
Starting weight week 2= 208.8
Weigh in week 3= 205.8
weight loss in week 3= 3lbs!
I still haven't found the time to work out. But I am still working on my eating habits. I think that is my biggest hurdle right now.

Alright, I will not be making a video this week because my scale is broken and we will be buying a new one. I will let you guys know on our final weigh in. The first part of the week my body was going through some stuff so I was stuck in bed. After that I was working out and I don't know if I lost but my body feels good. I feel like I maintained or lost weight. I will give you guys updates soon. Love this challenge it keeps me focused.

I weighed in at 259.6 thats down 3 lbs this week yaaa for me
my mini goals again for this week are to lose 2lbs and exercise 3 times a week.
