Snowboard Ski collision

This happened at an education camp for snowboard instructors. The 2nd hit by the skier was intentionally. Stupid skiers.

The rank ignorance or stupidity of some of these comments is amazing--and scary. When skiers or riders are on the same slope, the DOWNHILL person has the right of way. It HAS to be that way because no one has eyes in the back of their head. When 2 people are coming down the same slope, the person in back NEVER EVER has a legitimate excuse that the person in front "cut me off." This collision is TOTALLY the snowboarder's fault--because he came up on the skier from behind. Get a damn clue.

Your comment about the downhill having the right of way is a crock of shit as well. Plenty of idiots hang out just past knuckles, jumps or sharp turns. People who do this are just as much at fault for being out of sight of everyone else until it is too late.
