11/30/2009: i just discovered ktla.com used a portion of my video to report on the recent performer accident during a performance on 11/28/2009, which i would never have known about had i not looked up the story. it would have been nice to have been notified by ktla, but i guess you "grant YouTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the YouTube Website and YouTube's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the YouTube Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels." you don't think about that kind of stuff until you realize it's used. interesting. http://www.ktla.com/videobeta/watch/?watch=c006f528-bfa1-444d-925f-9b42a45e14...

hm, i'm not sure... i've never seen chelsea handler's show. most likely though, it's the only "hunky santa" i know about in the area and it's in the beverly center mall.
