Dude. This was a video of a pre-release Bold showing off a few of the problems before it came to market. RIM fixed the problems in two fixes soon after release.
Do you go onto videos here of old trailers that say "coming 1982" and post "this is crap, its already out"?

uhm, probably because theres no sim card! of course its not gonna work if it has no where to save the pics/videos to!

@omfgyourmomsugly Slight misunderstanding there. SIM card is a Subscriber Identity Module that stores user and network info. A memory card would be used for pics/video, which I'm pretty sure the the device had. RIM admitted a problem with the unit. I mentioned that earlier in the comments. (It's "too" btw.)

You made it sound like it was a software issue, but it's not. Read the other posts. They agree with me too.

It was a problem with the Firmware when the Bold was first release. They have updated the firmware since.

This was the first release of the Bold and obviously Blackberry have tightened up these problems.
