Interesting sounding, I caught 2524 leading 14G about a year and a half ago...has a nice K5 with a good squeal to it...just not quite like this...

2570 now has what is called a "Third Generation K5LA." Since this unit, along with most all other SD70 narrowcabs, have slow horn valves, that gives it a "ghostly" tune. In reality, the Third Generation K5LA's have an overplaying 5 bell, and a bad diaphragm, and don't live up to the First Generation horns. They sound terrible too! I can only imagine what they'll sound like when they're dying......disgusting!! This unit used to have a NICE Nathan K5LAR24, until they put this POS on it!
