I found it and finished the hat. I made two and both times everything was fine except the part that sits around my head was really tight both times. I used a huge loom, what did i do wrong?

@scgammon Did you make sure that one half of the loom was casting off using 2-3 chains in between the pegs with the crochet hook and one side not (or only with one chain?) It might just mean you might need to increase the amount of chains in between the pegs when taking it off. One side will have more chains inbetween than the other side. Does this help?
