I remember watching this way back in 2007, I was just a kid, but it really got to me. I cried my eyes out then, and even rewatching it now, I still do. Flower was a;ways the Queen of the Kalahari, and THE dominant female of the Whiskers. It may have been over 3 years ago, but I atill remember her. R.I.P. Flower Whiskers <3

None of the original meerkats are alive.

Cambridge University reported that Zaphod died from old age in March 2011, but lived to be the oldest meerkat ever.

No one really knows the fate of Mitch, except that he took over the dominant male throne of the Whiskers sometime after the filming closed for good.

I've heard many rumours that he apparently died sometime in December 2011. If this is true, RIP Mitch. You'll always be my favourite.

@KoboshiBlackClaw Ningaloo was a pup from the second series i don't think his real name was ever mentioned tho. Cruise was Mitch's littermate sister, i think she may have played as mozart once or twice ^^ not to sure.

@KoboshiBlackClaw Haha, its great to be of help. When i regain contact with my sister, I should be able to phone her soon lol. I'll ask her all about the whiskers. I also know that Flower and Zaphod's son Ningaloo is dominant of the Kung Fu, Their daughter billy is dominant of another group, And Cruise is also a dominant too. They still live on in many groups. Maybelline (Monkulus) is also dominant of the Aztecs. This was what my sister emailed me last week. Glad to help ;)

@TamboMeep I KNEW IT!!!! I knew it was Thundercat because a person on the care2 site the place where the petition to bring back Meerkat Manor said that Rocket Dog was hit by a researchers car and Sofie took over as matriarch of the Whiskers.

@KoboshiBlackClaw All i know today about the Whiskers is that it is still alive and kicking, but the dominance has changed and it now belongs to Enili, who's mother was Ella (Sofie's real name) and her father was Thundercat who apparently played squeak in the Lazuli, Im not sure if the last bit is true :p Though thanks for your concern!

@TamboMeep Okay cool but it's really all about the Whiskers me and my aunt was absolutely mortified to see that Flower had died and Rocket Dog took over as succesor and failed at it. But I was relieved that she didn't suffer the same fate as her mother. I always thought that Sofie would take over I mean at the end they made it seem like she was going to rise as matriarch it was awfully sad seeing her so torn between her family and Wilson.

@KoboshiBlackClaw The KMP (Kalahari Meerkats project)is the actual scientests who follow and locate all the groups. The Meerkats wikia is run by the KMP, This information was provided to me by my elder sister who works with The KMP. She currently follows the Whiskers today, And works out. JD was Carlos's real name. This happened to other meerkats to, Baddiel was Tosca's real name. Daisy was played by Kim and Super Furry Animal. Daisy was not a real meerkat in the whiskers.

@TamboMeep Wikipedia and forums with the wikia at the end or beginning of it are usually falsified information. I even went to FFwikia and and handful of the information to help the players when they are in a pinch is false, Hell they were even posting that Lady Gaga had a dick which she didn't it was speculation that they followed by others falsifiying info sites as fact. I get my truth about television from the sites themselves or by legitimate tv guides and journalist websites.
