Im from Slovakia, and i want to make my own hank drum. Can you please tell me what are the parameters of single panels, and when i made the instrument, how i can tune it? Thank you for your answer!

There is no standard, because of the difference in iron drum. You should go to cutting a few and seeing a note in the electronic tuner, cutting slowly go up on the note you want!
