Every time david pogue amazes me with his creativity, and love for apple. he also does a perfect way of clearly bringing the best out of good products and the worst out of bad ones. Keep doing what your doing David!!! :)

Speak not evil of the tech support drone.

As a veteran of the Apple support bunker in Austin, I learned the cruel, cruel irony of the fact that "the scope of support of level 1 tech support is the scope of support for the product", yet strangely the "scope of support for the product is the scope of support for the product". So clever, those Apple suits... high five.

I'm compiling a plist virus on a Slackware box right now.
