Squier Affinity Stratocaster + POD XT Live (old video)

Testing the guitar after gettin the setup done, before selling it.
After 2:11 is less boring XD LOL

The guitar tested is a Squier Affinity Stratocaster, made in China, with no changes, like a brand new one.
It was recorded with a POD xt Live and a Marshal 30DFX.

Sorry for the sloppy guitar playing this video is old but I just can't remove it because it helps a lot of people.

this guitar isn't the best for that. it has limits when it comes to massive hi-gain distortion, over singlecoil pickups :P

essa cena é tipo improviso saquei 2 acordes ao calhas no tom de C, são Dm7(9) e C7M(9) respectivamente e o baixo move-se de T para 5a para T para 5a. (a nota por cima da T). os acordes são I e IIm grau do CH.

@CarlosCepinha lol that's the problem I have. My 'studio' is my bedroom, and I run EVERYTHING into my PC. buckers and single coils alike hate my computer. On top of that, I have old CRT screens. bad combo. best way to counter the hum and noise is to get away from the PC, but I can't as it's not that big a room. if you're using guitar rig, you can use two noise reduction modules in a crossover configuration to create a pleasant sounding noise reduction system. I turn de-hiss all the way up.
