  • Neat to see how much hasn't changed over the years!

Convocations are again in Grant Hall, due to size of the building graduates convocate in batches based on their discipline . I find this both a nice classical concept as well as a problem as many don't graduate in the same ceremony as their friends due to differences in degrees...

  • I met my wife at a Grant Hall dance. Lovely place.

  • This is an interesting series of videos that were produced in the 1950's. I would like to view others about Queens or any other Can. universities.

  • Grant Hall! I love that place. Are those ink bottles on the desks during exams? Thanks so much for posting these videos Fran.

  • I love Queen's!

  • Sadly, I was in the last class to have convocation in Jock Harty. I wish I could have experienced a convocation in Grant. At least we got to have the iron ring ceremony there.
