Medley of Sajjad Ali on semi-classical Indian Film Songs

A few glimpses of a 13 year old disciple of Ustad BaRay Ghulam Ali Khan. It is said that Sajjad Ali was hardly 10 years when his father handed him over to the Guru. There cud be debate that what can a 10 years old learn but just keep in mind that he was presented to none other than Ustad BaRay Ghulam Ali Khan.. jin kay paas kuchh dair baithnay wala bhi atleast sur mein to aa hi jata tha. The living example is Ustad Ji's milkman Rehmat who used to sing classical :)
Enjoy the touch of Guru in the medley plz and do keep in mind that Sajjad Ali had not become a professional singer that time. It was his initial recording. Thanx

On this upload i want attention of all my frenz plz to go thru this medley once and reply my simple question..
jis 13 sala bachay ki uthaan aesi pyari thi agar wo classical mein hi rehta to aaj ustaad kehlata ya nahi?
Its the bloody commmercialism and lack of Govt. as well as Private Patronage of Music in Pakistan which forced him to sing Chiefsaab, Baybia and other Disco which hundreds of other were singing to earn their living.
Sajjad Ali uses net regularly and he is a subscriber to my uploads as well..and with the supoort of my frenz on youtube i just want him to shed a few tears on his decision not to adapt classical singing. Am i right?

Hey, Does anyone has songs of Sajjad ALi 1987 (T-Series). That is the very best I have heard of him singing Hindi Songs. It brings tears to my eyes just hearing some songs, sung sometimes even better than the original version by Mohd Rafi or Kishore.

Undoubdtedly he is a very good singer. If he has chosen to sing more of the hip hop style I am sure he would do equally well there too. A good singer can sing any thing well. But if he had stuck with the classical style then he would have become "Ustad" for sure by now.
