This is how to use Veet- sensitive skin with Aloe, to groom a chinese crested for a show. This is a very easy way that leaves the skin very smooth without the irritation of a razor.

  • The hairless gene does not come in one form., they can be anywhere from almost completely bald to having quite a lot of body hair that needs to be groomed. The ones that you see, like Bayden, with the big furnishings are what we call hairy hairlesses who do need to be groomed. If you don't want the grooming, then you should get a true hairless.

  • thank you very much for your videos! I have a hairy hairless and I have tried alot on her hair! we have shaved and everything we even tried the smooth aways (they don't work period) and your video saved me a lot of stress and time THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

  • So glad it was able to help you out. ;-)

  • Its always best to test the veet out on the dog first on a VERY small area to see how the skin reacts. So far my dogs have taken to it very easily and its much faster and easier than shaving with a straight razor or the braun.

  • does a true hairless still have a like a "mane" an the hair on it's leg or is it completely bold

  • Does the "true hairless" still have the mane, the hair on it's legs etc or is it really hairless like no hair at all?, If you don't shave them would they be like a powderpuff then?,

If I bought a powderpuff but wanted a hairless couldn't I just groom the powderpuff so it would look like a hairless, wouldn't that be almost the same as grooming hairless ?

    just wondering :)

  • Thank you so much for this!! I've only ever had the thl...now I have my first very hairy,

  • For dog shows you can't have extra hair on the body.
